How it works (3 simple steps)

Submit the reservation form. After you fill in the required information and upload your passport image, we will contact you via either email or WhatsApp—please let us know your preferred method of communication. We will send you a message with further instructions. To complete your reservation, please follow the instructions in the email to enter your credit card details. The email will be sent from system@p01.mul-pay.com. If you do not receive it, please kindly check your spam or junk mail folder. We accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club only.

Verification & Scheduling
Once your passport and payment information are verified, our staff schedules the physician and arranges a medical interpreter, then shares your confirmed appointment time. No action is required at this step.
  • Support channel: WhatsApp or Email
  • Online consultation: we send a secure video consultation link.
  • House-call visit: we send an approximate visit time; a doctor visits your hotel, residence, or Airbnb. If language support is needed, a medical interpreter joins remotely via secure video.

Receive care & after-care
Online via secure video consultation or through a house-call visit.
  • Pharmacy support: We’ll identify the closest available pharmacy near your accommodation, contact the pharmacy ahead of your visit, and send you a Google Maps link for easy directions. We will issue a private (self-pay) prescription and guide you. Medications are purchased at the pharmacy at your own expense. Note: after 18:00 many pharmacies may be closed; pickup could be the next day.
  • Receipt & insurance: A medical receipt will be emailed to you on the next business day. If your insurance provider has a specific claim form, please send it to support@dvjst.co.jp.
  • IV drip (nurse home visit): After a medical assessment, a licensed nurse can visit your accommodation to administer intravenous fluids as prescribed by the physician. Interpreter support can join remotely if needed.

Only credit card payments are accepted. All prices in JPY. A ¥50,000 deposit is pre-authorized at booking; final charges are processed after consultation.

Yes. We can send you a secure payment link by email; you may forward it to a family member who can enter their card details.
